Der Film setzt mehr auf die Psychichen effekte als auf Gewalt. Der Film hat alles was einen guten Horrorfilm ausmacht. Könnte ich 10 Sterne geben würde ich auch 10 Sterne geben.
Ein Film der so ähnlich ist wie "The Bunker" ist "Outposted- Denn zum Kämpfen sind sie geboren"

Gripping crime stories and the understated, but powerful performance by Amada Burton creat perfect evening entertainment 5 von 5 Punkten
Silent Witness is a long-running British television thriller series made by the BBC's in-house Drama Serials production department. As it is created by Nigel McCrery,a former murder squad detective, and based on real forensic pathologist from Sheffield one gets an impressive ring of reality.
The series is often criticised for showing the pathologist actively investigating the crime which is not a pathologist duty. I feel that is an unfair criticism as this is not a documentary on the work of pathologists but a "crime novel". Who would critise Agatha Christie for having Miss Marple investigating crimes when usually old spinster do not do that?
Each new case is original, well constructed and thoughtfully presented, addressing specific and often controversial issues. Unlike some American drama, the focus is on the storyline and character development. The stories are told with care, in detail, with real empathy, unlike the quick, crude, flashy effects in many series. They are challenging - plots and subplots intertwine cleverly, meaning it's not a "background" show, but one which is completely consuming for the viewer.
The theme music for Silent Witness is a song called "Silencium" by John Harle sticks in one's ears.
I enjoyed the understated, but powerful performance of the "hero" Amada Burton, complemented by the other member of the cast. I believe she got even better in the second series. It is more rounded, the character evolved and does not remain static, like Amanda's relationship.

Diese Serie ist absolut kultig. Schwer zu verstehen, fast wie Bayrisch auf Englisch, aber der Witz ist einfach nicht übersetzbar. Eine Serien - wie aus dem Leben - gegriffen. Ich habe es erlebt und kann es bestätigen. Dafür gebe ich die vollen 5 Sterne ! |

The ultimate feelgood drama 5 von 5 Punkten
All three series of Auf Wiedersehen Pet were very much "state of the nation" stuff. The first series showed a country crippled by a socialist government, the second series the changes Thatcherism brought and the third one now shows a world changed completely by the post 1989 events. The lads have all fallen on hard luck: Dennis is reduced to chaufeuring a drug dealer around, Neville's marriage is on the rocks and his business is failing, Wayne is dead, Bomber is terminally ill, Moxy wanted by the police (nothing new there) and Barry is married to a two timing Russian gold digger. To regain their self respect (and some money) they embark on a business venture orchestrated by a shady ex-politician ( a thinly disguised Jeffrey Archer). But Auf Wiedersehen is not just about the "state of the nation" but also about men, friendship and loyalty. So although they don't actually make any money they get back together and find themselves. As usual some of it is very funny, most of it very witty but it also shows the modern world in all its uglyness. For example Neville tells an embittered Dennis: This used to be coal mining country. Now half the men have donned a hair net and package airline meals. This story of friendship and camadery of these different characters leaves you feeling good. I don't think that there has ever been anything on TV that shows the nature of man (as opposed to woman) better and with more understanding. |
